Terms & conditions for Events bookings

CONFIRMED BOOKING

Upon advising us of your full catering requirements, your booking will be classed as CONFIRMED. The booking confirmation sent to you via e-mail acts as your agreement.

All applicable cost will be charged for 50 % at the time of your booking and the outstanding balance 48 hours prior your event.

PROVISIONAL BOOKING

If you require catering and you cannot confirm your catering requirements at the time of your booking, your booking will be classed as PROVISIONAL. When all catering details are known, your booking will be classed as CONFIRMED. All catering requirement need to be confirm 7 days prior your events.

CANCELLATION

Should you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, you must do so via e-mail, to waterstones.piccadilly@elior.com.

Up to 50 people: if you cancel your function 3 full working days or less prior to the function date 100 % catering charges will apply.

50 + people: as above, and if you cancel your function 4 – 6 full working days prior to the function date, 50% catering charges will apply.

OTHER POINT TO NOTE

  • Any damage to the premises of any events space may be charged.
  • VAT charges apply.
  • Events cancellations must be received via e-mail.
  • Please quote your name, date of the booking in any query via e-mail.
  • You (or the customer you are booking for) agree to commence the function promptly at the time agreed and to vacate at the time agreed.
